Halivia Design is a marketplace maintained by Halivia Design Oy, where products are sold by Halivia Design Oy. Halivia Design Oy reserves the right to change these delivery terms by unilateral decision without prior notice.

 

Payment

 

Klarna Checkout acts as the payment intermediary for the online store. You can pay for your purchases with Klarna Checkout. More detailed information on invoicing and installment services can be found in the Klarna Checkout terms and conditions.

 

By providing information at the checkout, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By clicking the “Buy” button, you accept Halivia Design Oy's terms and conditions.

 

 

Shipping and delivery costs

 

At the checkout of the online store, you can choose the delivery method you want. Halivia Design Oy deliveries orders to Europe. For other international deliveries please contact our customer service.  Halivia Design Oy is not liable for any delay or indirect inconvenience caused by the delay. We strive to inform you in our online store about different delivery times.

 

 

The delivery costs included in the order are shown on the store's checkout page in connection with the delivery method and in the order summary. The chosen delivery method and the content of the order affect the delivery costs. The order is delivered with the information provided by the customer. If the product is returned to Halivia Design due to incorrect information, the customer is obliged to pay the back charges as well as the costs of re-shipment. If the customer does not pick up the package within the postal delivery times and the order is returned to Halivia Design, the customer is obliged to pay the back charges as well as the costs of re-shipment

 Halivia Design does not have any responsibility on additional charges that may apply such as import taxes, custom duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. 

 

Delivery time

 

Product delivery times are stated in the product information. The products are made to order, so the delivery time is 5-14 days, but may vary depending on the product or delivery method. Any different delivery times will be announced separately on the website. If there is a need for faster delivery, contact Halivia Design’s customer service!

 

Right of return

 

All products are made by hand against the order; there may be a small throw in the dimensions of the products due to the nature of the handicraft. Please also note that the color tone of the products may vary depending on the used monitor. Products have a 14-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact haliviadesign(at)gmail immediately. The customer is responsible for returning costs. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging. The product to be returned must not contain animal hair. We are not obligated to accept as customer returns and replace products that are damaged or used. If the product is returned broken or used, Halivia Design has the right to withhold compensation for the costs of impairment from the customer's return.

 

 

The price of the order or returned products will be refunded according to the payment method used. Pack the product carefully when returning. If the return shipment of the product is lost, Halivia Design is not responsible for refunding the lost shipment. Be sure to keep the receipt for the return until the return shipment has arrived to us and our customer service has taken the return for processing. If the returned product is lost on the way and there is no receipt, the sender is responsible. With the receipt you prove that you have handed over the return for transport.

 

 

In the case of custom-made products, the customer loses his right of returning the order, as the product has been manufactured in accordance with the customer's size and color wishes.

 

In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. If the product you receive is defective, product will be either fixed or replaced with a new one.
